Bright hot day in A.M. Rain in Evening. Arose 6 A.M. To work at U.S.A.R.D. 7:30 A.M. to 4 P.M. Paid. Home. Down street. Supper. To Fannie Ham's after sandwichs [sic] by wheel. Candled eggs. To bed 11 P.M. Thankful for health, friends etc. Ruth left for Camoirs.
