Goewey stayed over nite with me. Uncle Henry here. Beautiful bright, hot day. Arose 5:15 A.M. To city with Ford alone. To work at U.S.A.R.D. 7:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Downtown on errands. Nellie & I to country place. Hay cut by Schlensker. Out riding in evening to Uncle John's. Ice cream at Wilsons etc. To bed 10:30 P.X.
